Barlas Marketing Ops · Effective October 30, 2026
This policy covers Barlas Marketing Ops, the internal software Barlas uses to report on and manage Google advertising and analytics accounts. It explains how the software accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
When a Barlas staff member signs in with Google, the software asks for these permissions:
adwords): campaign settings and performance data of the accounts the user can access.analytics.readonly, analytics.edit): reports and property configuration.webmasters): search performance and indexing data.content): product and feed data.tagmanager.*): container, tag and version data.userinfo.email): the signed-in user's email address. The software only reaches accounts that the signed-in user already has access to in those Google products.
The data is used only to produce reports for the account owners and to make the account changes they have approved. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Barlas staff may use AI assistants to help analyze reports. When they do, the data is used only to carry out that analysis for the account owner.
Access tokens and reports are stored on Barlas-controlled computers and in private repositories with restricted access. Tokens are never published or shared. We keep reports only as long as the work for the account owner needs them.
We share Google user data only with the owner of the account it came from, or when the law requires it. We do not transfer it to any other party.
You can remove the software's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for your data to be deleted, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
Barlas Marketing Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page. For questions, email okan@barlas.net.
